Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or subscribe to our updates, and what rights you have. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Roman Moser operating under the brand name Corelis Watches

Visiting this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and other files are delivered from our own domain.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request and your browser type, in order to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

Subscribing to updates

If you subscribe, we process:

We use this data only to send you news about Corelis and our launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see “Your rights”).

Confirmation (double opt-in): after subscribing, you receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after you click it are you added to our list. Addresses that are not confirmed within 30 days are deleted automatically.

Protection against misuse: to prevent automated sign-ups, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether the request comes from a person. Turnstile is only loaded when you reach the sign-up form, and processes technical information about your browser and device for this purpose. We also store an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address (not the IP address itself) for 24 hours to limit repeated attempts.

Service providers

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

Data may therefore be processed in the USA. Both providers are certified under the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

How long we keep data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can at any time request information about the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to receiving updates. Simply write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. The current version is always available on this page.
